A+ A- Eye On

Chapter 128

“Puufuuu, hahahaha….”

Su Ran had no idea what brought this on and what Su Han meant by it all but she found Su Han’s deliberately mature attitude and the I-will-support-you very funny.

That reminded her when she visited a high school once in her previous life and saw kids around Su Han’s age.

Two young junior high school students were dating secretly on campus and the boy held the girl’s hand telling her very seriously that “I will be nice to you for the rest of my life”…

“What’s so funny?” Su Han, baffled by Su Ran’s reaction, frowned slightly and complained disgruntledly.

He felt somewhat awkward being stared at by Su Ran.

“No, I mean. Hahaha, son. Let me tell you…

“Ahem. What I meant to say is, when you date in the future, don’t say what you’ve just said to a girl.” Otherwise each and every single one of them would fall for it.

Su Han, “……”

They were talking about her. How did the subject get looped back to him?

More importantly, why was it this subject all over again?

What dating? He wasn’t dating! Nor would he say that to anyone else.

Naturally, Su Ran interpreted Su Han’s look as him being shy.

That made sense. Being in the adolescent + rebellious period in his life, he had probably just started looking forward to dating and probably didn’t want his family to find out.

Unfortunately, Su Ran, as a single homebody had zero experience when it came to dating. It didn’t look like she would have any useful tips and hints for her son.

“That being said, Son.” Su Ran suddenly looked at Su Han solemnly and said to him, “If you are seeing anyone, you must let me know.”

After all, she has the right to know. Then she could start preparing for the apartment, the car, the betrothal gift, etc.

Em, that might be a bit premature.

Which was fine. One couldn’t be too prepared. After all, apartment prices in City B went up so fast. What if she couldn’t afford it later?

Looking at Su Ran, who was fantasizing something way into the future, Su Han was very baffled.

He had no idea what was going through the woman’s mind, but he had an inkling that it was no good.

Su Han: Exactly how did we get into this subject? And how could I end this subject?

Right when Su Han was mulling over that, the delivery order that they had placed earlier had arrived.

‘I’ll go get the delivery!”

Hearing the knock on the door, Su Han interrupted Su Ran, who was just about to say something else, and dashed toward the door.

***

Probably because he no longer wished to engage with that silly woman, Su Han did not call out to Su Ran to come and join him as soon he as brought it inside of their place like he normally would. Instead, he pulled the boxes out one by one in a very stuck-up manner.

Two minutes later.

Seeing that Su Ran was still very focused on messing around on her cellphone Su Han finally couldn’t help but called out to her.

“Ahem, dinner is ready.”

“Oh, go ahead and start. Don’t wait for me. Let me post something to the friend’s circle,” said Su Ran without even lifting her head.

As for the content that she was about to post to the friend’s circle, it was, naturally, her handsome son.

Su Han had only said that she was not allowed to post to the parent’s group; he didn’t say she couldn’t post it to her friend’s circle.

Su Ran was pleased with how smart she was.

“I don’t get you women….” Grumbled Su Han.

“Of course you won’t get it.” Only a parent would understand the joy of showing off their sons and daughters.

The resentment in Su Han’s voice did not bother Su Ran. She happily edited her message for her friend’s circle: I feel that my son’s name should have been Su Nuan.* Hahaha. (T/N: Nuan = warm. Han = cold)

Having sent that. Su Ran added a few more photos.

They included photos of that greyish green milk tea from different angles and one of Su Han by himself.
