A+ A- Eye On

Chapter 178

His deep voice was monotonous but there was a sense of threat in his voice that was enough to make one shudder.

Even Su Han, being looked at by him, felt a strong pressure all of a sudden.

That only lasted for a few seconds before Su Han stared right back at him.

“Hah. That’ funny. What kind of attitude should I have toward you?” Su Han snickered and retorted. “My attitude toward someone that I don’t know very well is just fine.”

“On the note of being inappropriate. Don’t you think it is inappropriate for you to be here when my family is attending our Quality Development Outing event?”

“Su Han.” Su Ran called out to Su Han.

Su Ran had no idea why the animosity between the two seemed to have worsen in the time that she had taken a nap.

Right now, Su Ran only felt a headache coming on.

She knew her own son.

Su Han might be a quiet one but he was also a reasonable and polite young man. At most he would just ignore someone that he didn’t like too much but never this attitude. Why was it that it his attitude was so awful toward his birth father?

As for Lu Shao.

Truth be told, she didn’t know him that well. He had always given her the impression of being a friendly man but she did remember the first time she ran into Lu Shao at Dongshan Mansions.

Gu Jiahao, who was on his way to and in the middle of doing something crazy, was instantly very intimidated the moment that he saw Lu Shao. Su Han felt that her son might very well be testing that boundary right now.

Right when Su Ran was trying to come up with ideas to ease the tension, Su Han’s class teacher walked over to them.

“I see Su Han’s family has arrived as well,” said Teacher Wang as she looked over to them.

She paused for a brief second and a look of surprise flashed through her face the minute she saw the man with an aura so powerful that one could not ignore standing next to Su Han

“And this is?” asked Teacher Wang.

“Oh, this is Su Han’s father,” explained Su Ran.

Teacher Wang: The heck?!

This was Su Han’s father whom she had removed from the chat group?

Teacher Wang felt a little embarrassed when she recalled what had transpired just a few days ago.

Perhaps Su Ran had given a very convincing reason; as such, Mr. Lu, the man involved in the incident didn’t seem too bothered by it.

“Ah, so this is Su Han’s father.” Teacher Wang quickly recovered from feeling embarrassed and greeted Lu Shao. “I am Su Han’s class teacher. My surname is Wang.”

“Hi, Teacher Wang.”

He paused then, looking over at the boy standing next to him looking like he wanted very much to draw a clear line between the two of them, said, “Thank you for watching out for Su Han.”

“Ah, it’s my job to do so. Plus, Su Han had always been a good student and one of the students in his class that we don’t need to worry too much about,” said Teacher Wang with utmost sincerity.

“The school stressed a lot on this Quality Development Outing. It is our desire to strengthen the bond between parents and children through this activity and also allow the students to gain knowledge that they would not otherwise gain from textbooks. We are very glad that parents are able to take time out of their very busy schedule to attend this activity.” Teacher Wang continued while looking at Su Ran and Lu Shao.

She had never met Su Han’s father before and had only just met Su Han’s mother for the first time during the mid-term parent-teacher conference. Teacher Wang assumed that Su Han’s parents, much like Liu YangYang’s, were busy traveling for their out-of-town businesses.

As for the talk of Su Han being from a single-family, she assumed she was just mistaken. After all, the family of three looked pretty normal and didn’t look like they were separated.

“We are very glad that we can make it as well,” said Su Ran as she gave Teacher Wang a smile.
