A+ A- Eye On

chapter 88

Su Ran was just saying it. She wasn’t expecting a 13 year old to be responsible for those things.

She’d spend more time on those camping guides. When push came to shove, then she could…

Ugh.

Su Ran was going to say she was going out to look for help. And that was when she realized that all of her very capable little assistants in her original world were no longer with her.

Came to think about it. The original owner didn’t seem to have any friends, let alone normal ones who’d know how to put a tent together.

“Then do we need to prepare anything to bring with us?” Su Han, feeling like he had been assigned a lot of responsibilities, said all of a sudden.

“Of course, but I have already picked over 100 items. I’ll show you my shopping cart when we get back.”

Su Han, “……”

So, that’s what she was doing all night long? Browsing on Taobao excitedly into the wee hours – looking for camping necessities?

“Let’s go. Let’s go. It’s time to go home.”

Su Ran dragged Su Han home with her.

But, once they had gotten home, Su Ran did not show Su Han her entire shopping cart but only clicked on a few items for him to pick.

That was because Su Ran remembered that she had more than just camping gear inside her shopping cart. She also has items in there that she was deciding on for Su Han’s birthday.

Drones, Rubik’s cubes between 2×2 to 17×17, models… basically everything the web said that a 13-year-old boy would like, she had added into her shopping cart.

Su Ran didn’t want Su Han to see them just yet. That would ruin the surprise.

That being said, what should she get him? She couldn’t make up her mind.

Granted, she wasn’t the only one worried about that right now.

Inside the principal’s office of #7 High School, Mr. Lu was deep in thought with a document in hand.

Mr. Lu, the newest member of the school’s board of trustees, arrived two hours ago.

Luckily, receiving the call from Lu Shao in advance, the principal was well prepared this time.

“Mr. Lu, our school has a total of 1,346 students and here are the files of all of them,” said the principal as he pointed at three whole boxes of documents in front of him.

He figured that Mr. Lu must have wanted to randomly look at a few of them for the purpose of gaining a better understanding of the quality of the students here.

The principal assumed that Lu Shao would just gleam over them like he did with the other documentations last time.

Low and behold, Mr. Lu studied these documents very carefully. He didn’t just go over the documents, he cracked open and read through each and every single file.

Lu Shao finally stopped after he had gone through over half of the three boxes of documents.

He pulled the document out from the folder and lingered over the picture on the upper right-hand corner for a little while before he looked at the rest of it.

“Su Han, huh?” Saying that name out loud, there was a shred of tenderness in his otherwise solemn look.

Lu Shao saw other information as well.

For example, his grades, awards and disciplines, and also his date of birth.

It was already Sunday afternoon by the time they returned home after the basketball game. Su Ran had then purchased a ton of campus and outdoor cooking gear under Su Han’s look of despise. She did not forget about the work that she needed to get done.

She worked till 3 AM and was finally able to finish all 10 complete songs, including the two from before, for Yu LeLe’s Studio.

Early next morning, Su Ran left with her sheets and headed toward Yu LeLe’s Studio right after Su Han had left for school.

This time, Su Ran was welcomed by more than just Xu Xiao. There were a few others including the audio control engineer and the sound engineer, etc.

“Instructor Su, did you really finish all of the music?!” asked Xu Xiao excitedly when he saw Su Ran.

Xu Xiao had a hard time believing it when he received Su Ran’s text yesterday.

He heard the two songs that Su Ran brought with her last time and was very confident in her ability and the quality of her work. But, this was just too fast.

It had been barely two weeks!
